Research on the Construction of “Tutorial System” in Rural Teacher Support Service System: Based on the Practice of Bijie and Anshun in Guizhou Province

Abstract


Rural teacher support service system has provided an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers in rural areas. The core of rural teacher support service system is the construction of the “tutorial system”. Based on the analysis of the needs of rural teacher support service system and the construction practice of “tutorial system” in rural teacher support service system, this study tries to promote the construction of “tutoring system” in rural teacher support service system from the aspects of the selection of the tutor team, the training of the tutor team and the ongoing support for the tutor team and others
