Empirical Research and Model Building about Customer Satisfaction Index on Postgraduate Education Service Quality

Abstract


In this paper, we build a customer satisfaction indexmodel about postgraduate education service quality by usingStructural Equation Modeling method, and proposesimprovement measure from microscopic viewpoint.
