In order to solve the aging problem that will occur in the future, the current situation of the pension industry, the quality of employees in pension institutions and the needs of the elderly are carefully studied. The state should formulate corresponding policies to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the pension industry; the government should coordinate all parties to provide the development power for the institutional pension; pension institutions should exert their advantages, improve the professional ability of nursing staff, improve the service quality of pension institutions, introduce intelligent products, and promote the “Internet+Innovative development of elderly care services”.
