How to Practice Servant Leadership

Abstract

As the focus has changed from the teacher to the learner and the teaching patterns emphasize the cultivation of learners’ learning abilities rather than simply teaching skills and knowledge, the teachers’ teaching capacity or leadership is of particular importance.
