Building up a Performance Indicator System of International Projects, Based on the Balanced Scorecard

Abstract


This paper is established on the in depth analysis of Balanced Scorecard(BSC)in which the BSC has been made necessary amendments so as to be use in establishing the performance indicator system of projects. This paper preliminarily builds up a performance indicator system based on performance scorecard considering the characteristics of international projects.Keywords: international projects; balanced scorecard; performance indicator
