Abstract


Talent is the first resource, and talents building is the base for the first resource to take effect. Based on the full understanding of the importance of talents building, Xi Jinpinghas systematically explained the thought of talents building from the aspects of purpose, content, approach and method, etc., and provided the theoretical and practical guidance fortalents buildingso as to lay the foundation for the realization of China dream.
